In one of my playthroughs with my Antivan Crow Rook, she has blonde hair but everytime she goes into any shaded area her hair turns pure black. This seems to be a consistent thing that has happened to multiple people. This needs to be fixed. It doesn't make any sense that a blonde haired person's hair would turn black. This only seems to affect gameplay as so far in cutscenes that hair is white.

This is an expected issue with the implementation of strand hair. From what I've read elsewhere, a crude explanation is that it has something to do with shadow multipliers and how the individual hairs reflect shadows onto each other. PC users have had some success mitigating the problem by increasing the light values for hair, but that has a side-effect of making the hair too bright and shiny in well-lit areas. There's more information and comments from EA here: Hair color keeps changing | EA Forums - 5003540 but given that they've said they'll only fix game-breaking issues going forward, I don't have high expectations for this changing.
I did see that explanation about the strand hair, and it makes sense. But there doesn't seem to be any way to turn it off on the PS5. It appears to be a setting on the PC version, but nothing I could find on a console.
To me, it is something that should have been caught in QA or at least by early testers, assuming they did testing on all platforms. It has no effect on the story of course, but neither does the "strand hair" implementation itself.
