Blue Screen Error in DA:V

I get a blue screen error every time the game launches (it won't even open the menu) 

I've checked my drivers and bios and everything is in the last version and mi notebook has the recommended requisitions. 

Does anyone know how to solve it? 

I read that it may work turning of the xmp but to do that I have to install another program that might *break* bios and I don't want to risk it.
