Playing on a 4090, i9-13900KF, 32GB RAM, my Rook's clothing almost always appears blurry and low-resolution, especially in cutscenes (but also when wandering around). The issue only seems to affect Rook, and nobody else.
I've tried turning off DoF, Vignette, Motion Blur, Upscaling, and toggled basically every graphics setting that mentions resolution and quality. Appreciate any guidance.
Hi, I also have this problem, the only plus for me is that usually the pictures on the wall and the clothes of the npc will have a low resolution. my GPU is RTX 3070.
I'm wearing the same armor and getting the same issue. Thought it was maybe a Level of Detail bug due to its inconsistency.
I also noticed the Blood Dragon armor heavy variant had low textures when I previewed it in the wardrobe, and only that armor was blurry at the time.
Same issue for me too, though it's usually pictures on the wall and NPC clothing/Armour and occasionally details in the environment. Sometimes it does load the higher resolution, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it does halfway through a conversation.
I'm using a 4070 super, 7800x3d, and 32gb of ram on a nvme ssd.
