British Male Inquisitor Voice

Question

After the patch (Dec 4th), the Inquisitor's voice is now too quiet, I can barely hear him, and it's pitched a bit too high like he inhaled helium. It was fine before, even if he did sound a little tired when you met him the first time. His voice sounded fine other than that. Now it's just too quiet and too high pitched.

I didn't notice the pitch, but also noticing the volume for the British male Inquisitor is low since patch 4; it's about half the volume of other voices in the scene.

British male Inquisitor is definitely much too quiet now. It's a struggle to hear him in some scenes/areas.
