Bug - Getting stuck between two NPCs at Elek's first location

Hi!

After speaking with Elek for the first time during Neve's quest A study of Dock Town, if you go to the left side of the shop to read the papers you can get stuck between two NPCs talking with each other. Tried multiple things to get out and ended up loading a save.
