BUG: Game Freezing When Attempting to Talk to Solas

I've run into this a few times both prior to and after the first patch - when I go to meditate, it'll play the animation, but once the screen fades to white it stays stuck that way. Closing the game ...

Put all your graphic settings to low before talking to Solas. It worked for me.

    My PC is on the lower end of the recommended specs, so I've been playing with low graphics regardless - unfortunately, I don't think that's the issue :(
