PC problems

I have this PC:

• CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF (3.00 GHz)
• RAM: 32,0 GB
• System: 64 bits, Windows 11 Home
• Graphic: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB
• SSD hard drive

All the drivers and the system are update. I’ve tried things I’ve seen on forums, such as turning off realistic hair, lowering the resolution, disabling DLSS, deleting the “shaders_cache” folder, running a file integrity check (Steam), uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, but nothing works.

I play through the intro without any problems, reach the lighthouse, and then I had my first issue: when heading to the Arlathan Forest after the first dialogue, it would get stuck on the loading screen forever. Once I sorted that out, my character would freeze completely before I could speak to Bellara. And now, during the conversation with Bellara, there comes a point where the screen freezes and I can’t progress any further.

It’s frustrating, and I’ve been surprised to find so many people with similar issues. But I’ve run out of ideas on what else to try.
