Bug Glitch Ability Wheel

I mapped the Ability Wheel action to triangle and press to active not hold. When I go to use a characters environment interaction ability with Rooks knife it’ll instead use my rune and then when I go back into the menu to do the environment action again the ability won’t even show up for me or the overworld icon to show that I can use an environment interaction.
