Doing the Waiting Stone quest for Harding has given me a game breaking bug. I literally cannot progress the quest even after clearing the blight and getting rid of the boils on the door to the oracle. Stalgard just stands there doing nothing. Tried reloading auto saves and even reloaded to a save before I started the quest so now I'm stuck on what to do.
I'm having the same problem. I'm guessing the latest patch caused it. Did you find a fix?
Same problem here. My last save befor the Deep Roads is also from WAY back, but looks like I'll have to do all that again... There's no way to leave the Depp Roads while the quest is active
It’s been months now, so I’m betting OP and the others here already figured it out, but for new people searching for a fix for this and getting frustrated—make sure you check for the lever to the left of the door. I tried reloading and replaying this quest three times and could not get Stalgard to respond to me clearing the Blight, was convinced it was bugged. Then I realized there’s a lever you were supposed to pull to open the door and the quest continues. It does not automatically open after you clear the Blight.
