Bug Quest: The Warden Vault

In the quest to 'Open the Warden Vault' when you have to find the 3 spirits to 'Open the Locks' I get 2/3 and the last one, the one that goes through the wall and you have to follow through to the other side, the quest circle disappears when it goes through the wall. Even going to where it's supposed to come out of it doesn't show up. Watched a YouTube video to make sure I wasnt missing something.
