Bug Report: Thread Market Stairs Blocked

The stairs are still blocked, but I was still able to 100% the area. There's a locked door (noted on the map) way down, past the stairs, but I guess it doesn't have anything important.
I'm not able to 100% it and the only thing that appears unexplored on my map is the locked door that I can't get to north of the Thread Market. I hate this.
I thought I had the same issue but it turned out I was missing one Candlehop instead. Once you complete that quest Docktown will be at 100%, the missing key icon in Aelia‘s dungeon isn’t necessary. Maybe that helps!
Yeah, I was able to get it to 100% on the map w/the candlehop stuff, but I'm still miffed as a completionist that I can't get up there and clear the icon/see what was there.
