The hold instead of tapping isn't a "work around", IIRC it is a setting in the options....you can choose to either tap or hold to use things.....
thanks for the input, didn't know about that. would help if the defeat screen would say hold key for ... or make things more intuitive because, clearly, a few of us did not make the connection :)
