Buged... I think Hero of the Veilguard

I finished Neve's personal quest and got the popp up about her being a hero of veilguard but the armor doesn't show up in the inventory and her skill doesn't unlock in the skilltree.

I choose Treviso, but the Shadow Dragon reputation is maxed out even with the penalty. She is lvl 9. I don't use any mods and I play it through Steam. The other companions were fine, they got everything as they should have. 

Is this a bug or another consequence of the Treviso choice?

    Heads up to let you know - there is a conversation I had with Neve later in the game, and that unlocked the Veilguard ability - it's between her and one of the Threads in the Lighthouse. Thought you'd like to know!

    I'm having this bug* as well - reverting to an older save to see if progressing the main story quest fixes the issue.

    *It certainly seems like a bug. There's nothing to explain that picking Treviso over Minrathous locks out Hero of the Veilguard status.

    Thank you for responding I also tried to go back but I only went back to Neve's temporary decision save and still didn't get it. So now I went farther back and deleted my saves hope this works. Fingers crossed it goes well for you. 

    I also think its a bug cause the inventory kept thinking Neve has a  new armour but there was no new armour in the inventory.

    No luck - just going to press on and hope it somehow gets sorted out. Really disappointing bug to happen this late in the game though.

    Wow thank you. I went back all the way to saving the Dalish in order to fix this. Obviously deleted previous saves in case they got corrupted (I'm not supper tech savy I know). So I gues I wasted good 7-8 hours 😅
