Can this bug become a feature?

I am playing on PS5 and I just tried the trick to import your inquisitor on previous saves. You know, the one where you go straight to your Inquisitor, make one small change and then go to confirm the world state, then go all the way back to import your previous character? 

It worked like a charm! And also for some reason my Inquisitor ended up in a cool outfit!

Except.. when I went to fix her face a little.. the out he back in the shadow dragon fit.

I was so excited because I thought here was a patch where the Inquisitor maybe got a cool cloak. I was so excited... But I can't get it to repeat itself. I have never wanted a glitch to repeat so badly in my life 

Please, I know there are some quality of life patches coming up. improve the inqusitors quality of life and give her style, or let us give her some style
