Cannot progress Harding mission Bond Rekindled. Game freezes.

As the title says. Everytime after speaking with Harding in the Hall of Valor, if I try to open the menu the game freezes, if I reload any save in the Hall of Valor my character appears with an invis...

I'm experiencing game crash every time I arrive at the HoV for that quest.

I progressed the main quest and I came back later, and it worked normally. 

 

But now I am experiencing the same bug but with the final questbof the game to face Solas amd Elgar nan.

What kind of quality of a game is this?
