Same boat as everyone else. Sunk 75 hours into the game and after getting so attached and invested to my Rook I refuse to start the whole game again without finishing their story. Crazy how a bug that stops you from getting a good ending still hasn't been fixed after almost 20 days.

It’s almost 20 days and still nothing from the developers it really ruined my image of the game and I lost a lot of hope it’s been so many days and I had to stop playing the game and getting spoilers while I’m waiting for it to be done but it sounds like there’s no plans to fix it yet 2 whole patches later

Supposedly Patch 3 was meant to fix things on this part of the quest but I just checked before and it doesn't seem to have done so. I even contacted EA support about it and they said they've passed it on so I'm hoping that in the next update (which is apparently coming soon) this gets fixed. I've just reached before the point of no return in the game so I'm going to be like you from now on where I just have to stop playing the game. Feeling the exact same way as well, I've been so positive about the game but if this stops me from completing it the way I want to complete it then it's going to have ruined the entire experience.
