Can't get chest in Crossroads... LAST CHEST I NEED FOR 100%! I cri now...

Unfortunately, if you already went through that area as part of Solas's memory, you cannot return, and are permanently locked out of that chest.

Also, other chests are locked inside of quest areas. So, this isn't the only one.
