Like the title says.
When I get to this screen and I try pressing anything on my mouse or keyboard it just plays a sound but nothing happens.
Ok, I seem to have found the problem.
The game is being recognized as malware. If I turn off all protection I can get past the Press Any Button screen.
Still a huge issue.
Opened through Steam, ran as administrator, updated every driver.
Game loads, small introductory brand intros, then Title Screen "Press Any Button"
Pressing buttons just makes a sound, does not allow advancement beyond this screen.
My girlfriend stayed up to download and play this game at 3am. She got three whole days of work to play this. It's now 9 hours later, 12pm and no resolution.
Same issue here, I am installing all updates and then will try turning off windows defender.
If it doesn't work, I must say, I'm wholly disappointed already before even getting to play the game itself. :/
Is that working? I did all the stuff but still couldnt play...
I managed finally to bypass the problem by creating a new local user account (admin) in my Windows 11 PC. Problem didn't appear in this brand new account.
