Can't heal since last patch

Update: Seems potions cant be used anymore at all now. When you click R nothing happens. I'm wondering if the potion problem is because of Meredith's Legacy a staff which makes potions not work, although I'm not wearing it, I'm still being effected by mechanic even after I switch weapons. 
And I've also found Davrin seems to be able to heal you when he uses one of his taunt abilities.

Solved: Been testing to see if its gear switching problems after I noticed how this was effecting healing received. So I changed gear loaded different zones a few times, and tried different types of healing pots/heals from companions. And it eventually switched over and now I can heal again yay! So problem is that some of these items mechanics are getting stuck even if you take them off. I noticed staff/amulets behind it so far, Amulet called "The burden", and a Staff called "Meredith's Legacy" there could be others. I'd suggest never using those items, unless you want no healing for quiet some time.
