Can't interact with certain objects

It was literally right in the patch notes:

• Fixed instances where Rook forgot they already had the lyrium dagger and could not interact with treasure chests and altars.

Thanks for letting us know you are still running into this, when you have a moment could we get the following information?

• What is your EA ID or Console ID (PSN ID/Gamertag)?
• What platform are you playing on?
• What is happening? (and what do you expect to happen instead?) 
• Does this happen in a specific area of the game? 
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• A copy of you save file (or a zip of it)
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

I’ve 1.000.004 installed and the altar at Converged City beneath the snake statue doesn’t function at all.  Weirdly, the Crossroads map says I’ve discovered 3/5 statues but only 2 are marked on my map. 

I now think the non operational / non interactable ones are ones I’ve done, but they don’t all appear on my local map; only older ones. It’s very odd. 

Ok I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game.  I just finished Weisshaupt and thus far everything seems to be working.  There are some new minor bugs like no beds at the veil jumper camp.  The sick are just laying in air but as for interacting with chests, statues, etc it's WORKING!!!!  Better late than never EA.  Thanks.

Statue markers disappear from your map once you've done them. So those two on your map are ones you still have to do.

Can confirm this has not fixed the issue. Just beat the game and one Evanuris altar in Hossberg is the only thing standing between me and the platinum trophy. Altar is in the southeast of the map and doesn’t even register on the map.
