Change Game Play Difficulty on PC

I'm doing the final battle with Ghilan'nain & don't have enough health potions to get me through it. I'd like to reduce the difficulty on this battle just to get through it. When I go into my setting...

    Wile you are in game (you need to load a save.) > press ESC > Gameplay > Combat Preset. 
    Also look at "Advanced Combat Settings" below.

I was able to go back to a previous save & not use my potions to get to Ghilan'nain, so I had all of my potions & Bellara to heal me. Made it through. Now it's time to kick Elgar'nan's butt one more time! Still would like to know how to change the game difficulty though.
