Character appearance different in inventory/wardrobe

My character appears as designed (female elf) in the actual game world, but in inventory and wardrobe, they're a human male. Modifying appearance in the Mirror of Transformation does not fix the issue. Exiting to desktop and relaunching the game did fix it.
