If you can make it to the screen where you can change the background in the 2nd screen after you pick a race it will fix it. Something is wrong with the purple background like the bloom is messed up on it. Hope this fixes it for you guys.
One of the recent screenshots is on the face customization as i thought it was loading issue. I tried again this morning after reinstalling it and got error message saying it was not up to standard even though the ram and everything meets the requirements.
