Same here. Pc and Steam. I managed to do the CC changing the lights, as suggested here, but the super bright glowing effect persist during the gameplay, making hard to see the scene sometimes 😓. I'm afraid of what will happen when I reach a zone that isn't at night time and has the light of the CC
Update!!! I found a way to improve a bit this problem! It isn't ideal, there is still some blinding brightness (but way less and once you enter the bright zone almost everything is visible) and my graphics in game look a bit grainy?? too sharp?? (but maybe it is just because I have medium-low quality graphics?).
