Character looks completely different upon loading up the game

Just launched the game and pressed continue and got into  the game and my character is a complete different character. I have images on how it supposed to look liek and what I got. I tried to load up my old saves but like my character I created just got replaced with something else. I had to go back to the lighthouse and change how my character looks.
