Character Saves Gone

Heya Guys, I’m somewhat new here. I could use any and all help or ideas I could get

Ive been playing on my first character, but decided to make a new one to play for later. But when I went back to load into my first character, it is ALL GONE. The ONLY saves left are from the new character.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to get them back?? I deleted the new character but now under my first character, the only saves it shows are from the new character.

I was so close to the end, and I am DISTRAUGHT. If I completely lost everything, I might just throw this game in the **bleep** garbage

If anything has any help or suggestions, I would be immensely grateful!!
