Chilled not applying
About 65hours in and chilled has stopped applying from all of my abilities. Anyone having similar issues?

I have the same problem after 70 hours.
neve has a keepsake item that instead of applying chilled it does damage and it works even when shes not in your party you could try checking which equipment she has on
