Codex entry received too early, and refers to a choice I did not make.

- On the mission to stop the gods where you have to choose two party members, I chose Davrin and Neve. After returning from the Fade after Solas escaped, I got a codex entry "Lost Friendship". This codex entry is from Bellara's journal saying that even though we beat Elgar'nan and stopped Solas (two things that have not yet happened) she is sad that Harding sacrificed herself and is no longer with us. I imagine this codex entry should be about Davrin who was the one who sacrificed himself since I chose him as leader and Harding is (so far) still alive. Also this entry should not have been unlocked yet regardless.
- Does this happen in a specific area of the game?
- Yes, as above it is after a party member sacrifices themself and Rook returns from the Fade prison.
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
- I don't think this can be resolved by a player, wanted to make sure it was a known bug.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- I attached the screenshot of the codex and a screenshot of the quest I am now on which also mentions Davrin sacrificing himself.
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
- DxDiag attached, I don't think there's an EA Error ID if on Steam.
