Cosmetics Not Unlocking After Obtaining

I just noticed that there are some appearances that I should be able to use (looked them up and I did the quest for them and everything) but its still greyed out and not usable. This is for multiple armors like Dalish Wraps and Alluvium Wraps. I have about 30 armors not usable even after finishing all the quests and doing everything right before the point of no return. 

Anyone know if there's a fix to this?

    SamLockStarr Hey, can you take a screenshot of them showing locked for me? 

    Also, can you take a screenshot of one that you purchased showing locked in the wardrobe? 

    Have you happened to test this out on a different playthrough or reloaded a save to where you didn't have the last one, then obtained that one again?
