changing video drivers didn't imrouve anything for me...removing any sound enhancement either. win 11 , realtek audio too. the crackling is terrible for me and the voice over are slowed, like half the normal speed. Make the game completely unplayable for me...
I'm having exactly the same issue, along with choppy and slow graphics. weird thing is that the game played perfectly for three months, I only started having issues when I updated AMD.
If you got problems after updating your graphic driver I would suggest to clean reinstall the newest driver.

IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
