Has there been an official response by Bioware/EA anywhere on this? It'd be nice to hear like "yes we're aware of this, we're looking into it" or something to that effect.
Honestly its probably bottom of their concerns right now. Based on steam charts and using some deduction people are showing sales numbers are not looking good. There is probably a panic going on and a lot of scapegoating. I wouldt expect a response or acknowledgement for a week. If im wrong ill be happy because i do want to give the game a try, despite all the issues. Right now its refunded though because im not paying 80 dollars for a AAA game with that bad of a sound issue.

may I ask how you got a refund? I asked for one but got rejected because I had more than two hours of game time, even though I explain the issue didn’t start until later on. Or will I just have to wait and hope for the best :(
