Can't believe it's been 2 months since this was posted... really had assumed it would be fixed in the first patch, I should've refunded before I blew time putting up with the sound... I tried to fight through it but it's unbearable at times.
I'm on Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045
Intel i5-3570k
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER - and I've updated the NVIDIA app/drivers about 5 times since the game launched. It still won't let me 'optimise' this game through the app though
