Crossroads treasure chest unreachable

The treasure chest hidden behind a gate on the upper level of the Converged Citty marketplace is not opening, despite lasers triggering detectors. I have tried to disengage and reengage lasers, I have tried disengaging lasers, and then leaving area, then reengaging lasers. Lights next to the door are lighting up correctly, but the gate remains closed.
