Crossroads/Converged City/The Labs Below quest stuck

Question

I'm stuck in the Labs Below quest in the Crossroads now. Both doors are closed and there's no way out. I'm not able to climb out.

I've not seen any errors. Things seemed to progress nicely until I had to burst 3 cysts running up to the door and the door doesn't have a prompt to open it or take damage to force it open.

I'm running a Windows 10/Core i9/AMD 6950XT on High Settings. I reviewed the EA Help article on bugs with this game but it hasn't resolved my issue.

I managed to get it working just a minute ago. I'd verified the files in Steam before making this post but I hadn't tried moving the installation files to one of my other M2 drives. I moved them to a different M2 drive, verified the files, and then launched the game. There's a pretty good fight in that area before the door opens for you.

No idea what was happening with my other M2 drive. I've other EA games on it which work fine.
