Custom appearance doesnt load in the Lighthouse

this happened to many people including me, several times form the beginning of the game. Had to reboot the game 6 times to get my Rook back. Turns out it's an issue with assets and customizations loading properly on slower disks. I had my game installed on HDD drive at the time. A dev advised me to try to reinstall on my SSD drive and that solved it never had that issue again. I'm hoping they are working on official fix for that but in the meantime this helped me so just sharing..
