I was able to follow the quest to the front of the Cafe, but the door to the cafe is closed and wont open. To my knowledge, there isnt any other way to get in there (unless im being a silly bean)
I've done all the story quests so far except For the Love of Treviso. Dont know if that has something to do with it. I tried shutting it down and playing the quest again, but no dice. I'm on PS5.

Go back to the room opened by fire 4 plater , read the letter From lovers then go back to That blocked door
Negative. The letter is no longer there once read the first time.
I have the same issue. I switched quests and fast traveled to the nearest beacon, then selected the quest again. It allowed me to go read the letter again, but the door still didn't open. I did read someone saying you need to finish the main quest in that area first so let's hope that helps!
Can confirm, this worked! I was doing 'For the Love of Treviso' which also included a scene at the bar. Finished that quest first, and then the lovers one worked as well.
