DA Veilguard: Partners in a Dangerous Crime bug

I was able to follow the quest to the front of the Cafe, but the door to the cafe is closed and wont open. To my knowledge, there isnt any other way to get in there (unless im being a silly bean)  ...

Go back to the room opened by fire 4 plater , read the letter From lovers then go back to That blocked door

    Negative. The letter is no longer there once read the first time.
