Damage modified bug with specializations

Noticed with necrotic and cold damage, when selecting the +10% modifer such as Death's Blessing Necrotic Damage +10%.  When selected it lowers the damage total shown for necrotic in all abilities such as The Crypts Herald and Spirit Bomb.
