DA:V Unable to be played due to Black Screen after splash screen

- After installing the game I attempt to play the thing I just payed over $80 for that I expect to work. I click on the icon to launch the game from the Xbox home screen, I get a beautiful splash screen labeled dragon age Veilguard and when it leaves that screen I just get black. I cannot access the Xbox menus, I cannot get the Xbox to restart or do anything but sit at a black screen. If I am lucky I get a notification that there is not display picture. (I expect to be able to launch and play the game)
- Does this happen in a specific area of the game?
- Before the game even is able to be played
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
- Restarting Game
- Made sure game is up to date
- Made sure Xbox is up to date
- Made sure Xbox controller is up to date
- Clearing save data
- Clearing Game Cache
- Deleting and Reinstalling game direct onto internal storage rather then downloading to external and moving to internal.
- Clearing alternate mac address
- Making sure there are no blocked ports (Xbox set to DMZ mode on router and NAT type shows as open
- Tried different display format modes for HDMI to the tv (DA:V is the only game that does this of the plethora of games new and old that I have played with this TV/Console configuration and even setting the tv to Auto detect, or 1080P instead of 4k isn't fixing it. I'm out of configuration modes/settings to try so this isn't the issue
- Tried switching HDMI cables and the above steps again
- Tried a few different display options (a smaller, order tv and 2 different PC Monitors, still get same results
