Defeat options don't work
When I died the options to Load Last Save and Return to Main Menu show and are clickable, but nothing happens when they are clicked.

Okay this is embarrassing, but apparently you have to hold those buttons down instead of just tapping them. Once I started doing that they work.
I'm having that issue as well. I'm on PC on Underdog difficulty
