Dragon Age- Veilguard Stuck Chapter 1

Hellow my fellows,

in my gameplay at the Mission Change of Wind, after Returning to the Lighthouse nothing Happens.
The Quest says to return to the Lighthouse, what i did, short Black Screen, then my Char standing in the Libary and nothing.
The Quest Says to check up with my Party Members, i did, i ran around, let them talk their talk... but nothing happens. even leaving and returning to the lighthouse doenst trigger anything.
Leving trough the Mirror and using jump to the Quest doesnt help.
Tried killing myself per jumping down and trigger reloads. but nothing.

Could you please check this up.
The Game was until this really good but this bug is killing my mood.... I cant End this quest and the game won´t go any further.
