Dragon Age Crashes at Title Screen

I have EA Play Pro and downloaded Dragon Age The Veilguard when it was released. The game loads and I get to the main screen where it says "Press Any Button". When I press a button, the screen flashes to (what I think ) is saying "connecting to servers" for less than a second and then immediately goes black and crashed to desktop. I've attempted everything recommended on EA's site and on the internet such as repair the game, reinstall, clear the shader cache, check firewall permissions, anti-virus, etc. and nothing has worked. I do this every few days and especially after each patch. 

I contacted EA Help on Nov. 7 and they say its a known issue and the team is working on a fix however its been about 6 weeks now and after multiple updates I'm getting frustrated and am turning to the community for help. I kept my EA Play Pro subscription so I could play the game, which is adding to my frustration. 

Has anyone had this issue? If so, any other suggestions that I haven't tried yet? I've attached my computer specs if that helps. Thanks!
