I destroyed all the crystals and barriers and I can see the note that I have to pick up next to the dead Venatori in front of the double doors. Supposedly there is a Crystal on the Door that I am to destroy, but through the enclosed area is says to search in the are no lit up crystals for me to destroy on any of the Doors within the area
This is also a bug on PC. I have destroyed all the crystals, but I still have the mission telling me to destroy the crystals and the note beside the dead body is not lit up like it should be.
I’m having the same issue on PS5, I’ve completed every mission and now I’m about to start the final one. If you saved Antiva, there’s no merchants in Dock Town to build faction strength and I believe this mission is stopping me from being able to build it up or spawn any new missions in the area. All factions and companions are at 100% except Neve/Dock Town and on top of that, since Dock Town is still weak she can’t “promote” to Veilguard. Honestly, it’s been so frustrating and I’ve redone, reloaded, and reevaluated the mission countless times that I think I’ve spent more time in the mission area than actually playing the game. If you encounter this, I might recommend restarting. I’m not feeling very good about what this means about the end, especially with Neve. I hope they fix this.
i found this was bugged for me too, if i came in from the south, it jsut let me destroy both walls without the dependencies - but when i laoded my save, and came in from the north, i had the full web of crystals to break, and got credit
I play on PS5 and this quest is also bugged for me. Took out all the crystals no problems but the quest text still reads “Destroy the crystals”. I can see the note I need to read on the ground and it is even glowing yellow like it’s supposed to but I cannot interact with it at all. Have reloaded and tried coming at the quest from multiple directions (per other comments) but I get the same result every time.
See, I only have one wall, so I think mine is just broken broken. I’ve broken all crystals and still nothing. I am almost done so idk what to do
I’m not restarting. I’m just gonna have to suffer through it and just accept the ending as it is

Hello, I have the same problem, I destroyed all the crystals and nothing happens, the crystals all disappear and the game always asks me to destroy the crystals. I am stuck in this quest. Has anyone found a method to unlock this quest? Thank you
Hi! I had this issue in my game as well, and came across your post in my search for a solution.
I'm not sure if what happened with me was part of the issue but I had the hidden treasure quest and Last RItes active at the same time. My solution was to reload to a save before I even activated/accepted the Last Rites quest. I then did the other surrounding quests in Dock Town, cleared those out before interacting with the note about the Venatori to activate Last Rites.
When I did get the quest active (with no others active at the same time), it seemed to have loaded the crystal walls/barriers correctly (they did not appear for me at all the first time, just the floating red crystals) and I was able to destroy the crystals to access the note beside the body at the ritual site.
I don't know if what worked for me will help you or anyone else with this problem, but hopefully it does, as I found it veryyy frustrating to deal with myself;; and I couldn't bring myself to ignore it;;
