What is Happening :Every Startup Shader Verification takes close to 15 mins Platform: PC

Your CPU is quite weak hence why it takes so long. The better the CPU the faster it will verify shaders.
And why does it take too long on mine:)
How long does it take on yours?
9-10 minutes everytime
