EA App not downloading patch

Same here. I was stuck at 30% than cleared the cache and now its doing basically nothing at all. 

Update, I went into Task Manager and ensured that all DragonAge and Veilguard and EA products were terminated. Then I recovered the EA App. This gave me an option to "Update" Veilguard that was not present before, I'm now at 90% patched.
