[EA App][PC] Preorder & Deluxe items not unlocking no chest issue back again

Hi

I did not want to start another post about this, but I am no longer getting the chest to spawn on my first visit to the lighthouse.

I even waited to see if it would spawn later in the first meditation after decorating Rook's room, but no, I do not get a chest or popup even after the wardrobe message.

Yes, I have created a brand-new character

Yes I have not skipped any dialogue

Yes, I have checked my EA App and Game Licensing ( EA App vs EA Play edition )

Honestly, I don't know what's going on. I have even disabled my third-party Antivirus software, Kaspersky, and tried a VPN in case it was a "Connecting to Online Services" issue.

I cannot control this connection in-game on my PC or collect debug information to determine any issues, as I lack the knowledge and instructions to monitor it.

A lot of us are having this problem, seems like an account issue as it works on steam.

Yes as Rubyrue791 said. It seems to be an account issue and many of us are affected. We haven't had access to the pre order, deluxe, or even the free DLC that has been released for DATV. We are still waiting for a fix for this.
