Electrical Burns doesn't affect Thorn of Misfortune afflictions

The Spellblade passive Electrical Burns grants "Applying Burning also applies Shocked. Applying Shocked also applies Burning."

The Thorn of Misfortune mageknife grants "Critical hits with this weapon now apply an Affliction based on the damage type of your Orb."

Unfortunately, when Thorn of Misfortune applies Shocked, Electrical Burns is not applying Burning (and vice versa).
