Emmrich House of the Dead quest not triggering

(On PS5) I have been able to get Walking the Graves to trigger, but no other quest for Emmrich has appeared after that. I've tried reloading saves and someone had suggested going back to the end of Something Wrong and trying from there but that also didn't work. I've already completed Taash's quest so I would have expected Emmrich's to be available too.

I don't want to progress any further until I've completed Emmrich's quest as I'm worried I'll be locked out from doing any of his other quests. Any ideas on what I can do or is this issue being tracked anywhere?
