[END GAME SPOILERS] Codex entry from Bellara Not Correct

After the end of Act Two, and speaking with my companions, I went to read the codex entries I had gained from the quests when I noticed the codex entry "Lost Friendship" in "Elven People" was referring to the wrong character based on the choices I had made in the quests.

This entry is referring to Scout Harding, when instead it should be referring to Davrin, as he was the character that led the second team in my playthrough. In my first playthrough, this did not apply because Bellara was the one to disable the wards, whereas this time, I chose Neve to disable the wards.
