ending glitching

having issues with only the ending part animation keeps tearing and makes scenes unwatchable.

Been waiting for a week and can't finish the game tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling even went back 5 hrs. of gameplay only to get to previous spot only for it to not fix the issue.
